This year, Nate’s Place is taking our most meaningful step to secure our services in the
LONG TERM by PURCHASING a new building in Oxnard. This capital campaign for over 1.4
Acres will allow Nate’s Place to continue our unmatched programming, expand our
reach and add 20 Emergency Peer Respite Beds for Transitional Aged Youth.

The building grant we’ve applied for has a challenge component that requires us to
secure 10% of Total Grant Funds for disbursement. For Nate’s Place, that means we
need to raise $571K by December 2026!
