Groups

A variety of groups are offered at Nate’s Place, with the goal of providing psychoeducation, counseling and support, as well as focused workshops. The purpose is to help participants develop insight, awareness and positive coping skills to navigate challenges in their lives and attain and maintain a sense of stability.

Many of our groups follow specific evidence-based curriculums and community-defined practices, are led by Clinicians and Peer Support Recovery Coaches. Group leaders have experience and training in the groups that they lead. Participants are encouraged by their Peer Support Recovery Coaches to participate in groups that apply directly to individual needs.

The Mission at Nate’s Place is to deliver targeted programs, which include Peer Support Recovery Coaching, Counseling, Education and Support Groups and 20+ Healthy Recreational Activities to teens and young adults (ages 13-25), who are at risk of mental health, trauma and/or substance use challenges and are striving to attain and maintain sobriety and mental health in a safe, healthy manner. Join Nate’s Place and embark on a transformative journey toward health and happiness.
