We accept referrals from schools, mental health professionals, probation officers, child welfare workers, therapists and case managers, psychiatrists, hospitals, treatment centers, and our other community partners. We also receive calls from parents or teens/young adults themselves, needing support and inquiring about our programs. Our services are free of charge and available to youth and young adults ages 13–26, who are navigating mental health or substance use challenges.

Once we receive your referral, email or phone call, a member of our team will follow up directly with the participant or caregiver to complete a phone screening to make sure the participant is appropriate for our center. If they are in need of a higher level of care, we provide those referrals and linkages. 

Once it is determined that the participant meets the criteria for our center and they are willing to come (services are voluntary), a tour and a Biopsychosocial Assessment Intake are scheduled with a Clinician to get started.
